PALE BLUE EYES | Future Yard

Cream-pop from the Devonshire coast. We are thrilled to be welcoming Pale Blue Eyes to Future Yard on Thursday 1st June, a young electro-modernist guitar group with horizon-wide pop and compelling rhythms built on the great German kosmische Musik and alt-rock sounds at their most artful. The join us in Birkenhead this summer off the back of the the release of their debut album Souvenirs last year, released via Full Time Hobby. Support on the night comes from For Breakfast and Cassette Theory.

Pale Blue Eyes will also be joining us for a Direct Input, an in-person Q+A with the band discussing their career so far in our brand new upstairs Workshop Space. 7pm start on the evening of the gig, you can rsvp here (free entry).

PBE have become playlist regulars on BBC 6 Music, with singles TV Flicker, Globe and Little Gem all featuring. The trio are now looking forward to a busy touring schedule in 2023, stopping by Merseyside on their travels, having recently supported bands including Public Service Broadcasting, Sea Power, W.H. Lung, International Teachers of Pop, Penelope Isles and Drahla – and have appeared at festivals including Sea Change, Krankenhaus, Sŵn, Mutations and Supersonic in Paris.
