Beans on Toast | Future Yard

Ceremony Concerts presents

We’re thrilled to announce that DIY folk-poet Beans on Toast will be stopping by at Future Yard on 1st March 2023 as part of his Back out on the Road tour. Already familiar with the Birko stage after his roaring set at the She Drew the Gun here all-dayer back in April. Now he’s back for a solo show – One man and his guitar with songs to sing and stories to tell. Unafraid to tackle the big issues of the day, but doing so with his feet firmly on the ground. Mr Toast is an unrepenting optimist who’s songs celebrate all that is wonderful about the human spirit. Expect a gig that is both inspiring and entertaining, a relaxed and fun affair that leaves you feeling like you’ve met up with an old friend, and you’re all the better for it.

Support on the night comes from Tommy Arch.

Tickets on sale now.

Beans on Toast is a hippy, a punk, a poet, a drunk, a die-hard romantic and an eternal optimist. Singing simple songs that tackle big issues. Political protest songs for the modern day, honest and open love songs. Songs that will make you laugh, but also make you think with no holds barred honesty and quick wit. It’s folk music for the people, an age old art form that’s more relevant that ever in these wild and crazy modern times.
